What a visual inspection can document

A warehouse check can compare identity, variant, quantity, visible condition, dimensions, weight, accessories and packaging with buyer-supplied references.

Visual evidence cannot establish brand authenticity, metal fineness, leather type, gemstone identity, origin, safety or long-term durability.

What to agree before work starts

Confirm warehouse access, the exact checklist, image or video format, estimated timing, price, cancellation terms, refund policy, data handling and who performs the work.

Do not pay until those points are documented in writing by the provider you choose.

How to use the evidence

Keep the original listing, seller messages and order record with the warehouse files. Raise a measurable difference inside the applicable return window before international shipping.

The evidence may help identify a discrepancy; it does not guarantee product quality, a return, refund, claim outcome or customs clearance.

FAQ

Can warehouse photos prove authenticity?

No. Photographs and measurements document visible evidence; they do not authenticate a brand, material, metal or gemstone.

How long does a warehouse check take?

Timing depends on warehouse access, provider workload and the agreed scope. Obtain an estimate and the start condition in writing before payment.

Does an inspection guarantee a return or customs clearance?

No. Seller and agent return terms still apply, and the importer remains responsible for lawful and accurate declarations.
