Hanfu and Chinese traditional dress
Hanfu and Chinese traditional dress: 汉服 (hànfú). Hanfu is organised by dynasty, not by garment type. Searching for "Chinese dress" returns cheap costume reproductions; searching by the correct period term returns the actual market.

Check before it ships
- Chinese clothing sizing runs small. Request the flat measurements in centimetres rather than trusting S, M or L.
- Ask whether the listing price covers the full set or a single piece — sets are often photographed complete and sold separately.
- Check the fabric term. 雪纺 is chiffon, 提花 is jacquard, 织金 is metallic brocade, and the price difference is large.
- Embroidered and pleated garments are bulky. Request a rehearsal or pre-pack measurement before choosing a route.
Bulky for its weight. Expect the carrier to bill volumetric weight rather than actual weight, and measure the packed parcel before choosing a line.
Use the category checklist, or order an independent inspection for high-value items.
